Description	The second workshop on "Biophysics of the Genome" took place once again in "Little Border Chateau", Hlohovec on 2-4th April, 2003. The main organisers were the Laboratory of Molecular Cytology and Cytometry, Institute of Biophysics, Academy of Sciences and the Laboratory of Optical Microscopy, Faculty of Infomratics, Masaryk University in Brno.
