Two years after receiving the HR Excellence in Research Award (HR Award), we have successfully passed the European Commission's assessment of our Action plan. The commissioners rated our implementation as reliable, systematic and in line with the set goals. Among other things, it is a confirmation of our efforts and commitment to continuous improvement and support of our employees.
We are thus entering the next three-year phase of the HR Award renewal, in which we will continue to fulfill the goals set out in the action plan.
