“It might sound a bit unbelievable to combine the newest IT technologies with higher education environment, but that is what it looks like here at ICS. We are experts in IT, but we’re also teachers and mentors. That’s why you meet both IT experts and researchers alongside a lot of students here.”

Have a Look at Our Selection Procedure
-
Sending CV
We choose eligible applicants based on the received CVs. It’s common for us to wait until the application deadline expires, but we also might consider the CVs in the process in case of certain positions
-
Personal interview
In case we select and contact you, we will invite you to an interview where, in most cases, our HR specialist, a direct superior, and one of the potential colleagues are present. It might happen that there will be five people present, but don’t be scared, the only reason is to do our best in evaluating individual applicants and, also, we all simply can’t wait to meet you.
-
Job offer
At this point, we usually already know whether we selected you or not. Expect an e-mail or a call from our HR. In case we select you, we will present our job offer and if you decide to accept it, you can join us.
-
Managerial positions
In case the offer considers a managerial, new, or somehow a very specific position, it’s possible that we will invite you to join another selection round, where we want you to familiarise yourself with our workplace through talking to our employees or studying of various materials. After this, we will meet once again to discuss what you found out. If we select you, we will then contact you with the actual, specific job offer.
- The rules of the selection procedure are also described in the Recruitment and candidate selection Handbook
- We have useful information for new employees described in the Employee Handbook
- The onboarding process for a new employee is described in the Adaptation methodology
