Sociodemographic study with the aim to improve our knowledge of the particularities of the sociodemgraphic structure and social status of minorities, including the spatial concentration and sources of conflicts between them and the majority. Evaluation of measures aimed to help to solve multiethnic problems implemented on the local level aimed to identify the successful solutions and factors influencing the success and to put these in practical use. Psychological analysis aimed to find which psychological phenomena are specific for ethnic differences and which are merely contextual. The aim is also to find the factors supporting positive personality and intellect development of minority members. Identification of strategies suitable for increasing the level of tolerance and decreasing xenophobia and the acts of violence or refusal by the majority including a research evaluation of the effects of anti-oppressive training.
