Vyvineme metodu pro cílení peptidů na membrány se specifickým lipidovým složením a stanovíme klíčové vlastnosti peptidů pro jejich samovolnou translokaci a tvorbu pórů v membránách. Navržené peptidy budou experimentálně testovány na lipidových váčcích, bakteriích a lidských červených krvinkách.
