| Description | In vitro cytocompatibility is the method, which evaluate interaction between live cells and material tested. Technique of time lapse photography, make possible evaluation by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Statistical analyses of quantitative data followed. Three cell reactions are monitored – cell spreading, cell division and growth reaction in one record. |
