Description Bigger part of our lives is now shifting to the internet and law is currently lagging behind this rapid technological development. We can formulate two fundamental questions related to virtual property: Is it possible to establish property rights in virtual goods? And should it be for the benefit of the operators or users of virtual worlds? The paper presents three possible legal philosophical approaches and also the most important arguments of users and counterargumentation of operators.
