Description	In this thesis is described, applied and verified the methodics of quantitative determination of quartz in various mixtures using the internal standard method of X-ray powder diffraction. The linear regression equations were determined by analyzing precisely weighed mixtures. These equations can be used for determination of quartz in any mixture. Artificially prepared mixtures were used for the method verification. The average absolute error of determination is around 5 %.
