Description	The main purpose of this publication is to clarify a role and functions of legal norms, legal institutes and legal principles as fundamental issues of general legal theory. Apart from this doctrinal aspect the authors bring also synthetic approaches, especially by implementing an objective law by means of legal circumstances, such as legal relations, application and interpretation of law and liability and legal guarantees in a legal and social state.
