Description | Coplanar dielectric barrier discharge can be used for treatment of material surfaces to affect their physical and chemical properties. Methods such as optical emission spectroscopy can be used to quantify some plasma parameters. This work describes using of the laser induced fluorescence (LIF) to measuring concentrations of OH radicals which play a significant role in the plasma treatment. |
