Description | The important step for the success of the assisted reproduction is the selection the embryo for embryo implantation. Contemporary techniques use to embryo quality assessment lack of precision thus multiple embryos is implanted to raise pregnancy outcome. Implantation of multiple embryos rises probability of multiple pregnancy linked with health risks. For that reasons, novel methods are developed for embryo quality assessment providing additional information about developing embryo. Study of the embryo metabolism using modern separation techniques is promising approach how to get the additional information. |
