Description | Minimal differences in proteomic profile were found among normospermia samples. Obvious quantitative and qualitative differences were detected between men with normospermia and azoospermia. Differences of epididymal secretory protein E12, lactate dehydrogenaze B, prostatic binding protein, annexin A1, annexin A4, glutathione transferase T1, alpha-1-acid glycoprotein, apolipoprotein D, and prolactin - induced protein seem to be most important. Some of them were not described in the literature. |
