Description The article deals with the question of benefits from the dialog of hearing and deaf university teacher for colleagues and students of special education. There are presented results of research between teachers at the departments of special education, where hearing and deaf teachers are teaching. This part of research was realized in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia from the team of one hearing and one deaf teacher. The aim of the research is to point out on an important field and on its influence on the readiness of the students for their praxis in the future.
