| Description | Chapter deals with the phenomenon of bullying in the workplace, for which the czech terminology use the term mobbing. It provides a theoretical definition of the phenomenon, and in particular the results of extensive research of this phenomenon in the environment of Czech primary schools. In particular aspects searches relation between ethics in schools, interpersonal relationships between teachers and this phenomenon including possible consequences for the victim of mobbing, the quality of school climate and school functioning as an educational institution. |
