| Description | The article presents a representative selection from preserved collection of late medieval and early modern tiles gained during construction activities on the site of the Cistercian monastery in Žďár nad Sázavou. Numerous unusual analogies to individual specimens of the presented collection primarily from Moravian, but also from more remote locations of our country, serve as evidence of vivid connections between the then medieval monastery on the field of pottery craft and material culture. |
