Description	Functional sample is technically realized result connected to the development of the test set of 47 microsatellite markers in Trifolium pratense (red clover) specific genes. Species specific markers were identified in exons of genes for desaturases, polyphenoloxidases, nodulins and in resistance genes. The microsatellite marker set is intended for red clover breeding.
