Description | The binding constants (Kb) of systems HSA or glycated HSA (gHSA) with antidaibetic drugs were determined by capillary electrophoresis – frontal analysis (CE-FA). Apparent Kb values were obtained by nonlinear regression analysis. The Kb of HSA-drug and gHSA-drug were compared. The Kb values of glycated form were lower than nonglycated albumin. This modification influences strenght of binding between gHSA and antibiabetc drugs. |
