Description The gas temperature generated in the active discharge zone of atmospheric plasma jets plays a crucial role for PECVD applications. However, the measurement of complex temperature fields inside the plasma is a chalanging task. Here Laser Schlieren Deflectometry (LSD) combined with Phase Resolved Optical Emission Spectroscopy (PROES) have been used for the spatially and temporally resolved diagnostic of the temperature in the RF plasma jet.
