Description | In this work a large area ambient air atmospheric pressure plasma called diffuse coplanar surface barrier discharge have been used for to purpose. In the first step, plasma was used to treat ITO coating on the PET substrate. We found that plasma treatment led to improve surface energy of the ITO. This can be attributed to the fast decrease of the carbon contamination and increase of the oxygen polar group which have been determined by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In the second step, a hybrid TiO2/SiO2 mesoporous was printed on the plasma activated ITO/PET by means of inkjet printer and further mineralized by ambient air plasma treatment. |
