Description | A new method for speciation analysis of selenium using capillary electrophoresis (CE) off-line coupled to substrate assisted laser desorption mass spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma (SALD ICP MS) was developed. This method is unique as it can separate various selenium species without using any surfactant for dynamic coating which could interfere during conventional nebulizer ICP MS analysis. |
