| Description | The paper briefly characterise the action to protect the public interest under art. 66 Code of Administrative Justice, mainly its type under subsection 4 of the article mentioned. Then the paper deals with the possible use of the action in Environmental Law, i. e. the existence of provisions in Environmental Law acts setting forth this type of action and the entities entitled to filing this action. The last part of the paper contains a comparison with the Slovak legislation and suggestions on possible future legislative changes based on it. |
