| Description | This paper deals with the so-called „foreign agents” law in the Russian Federation. The law is compared with US law called FARA by the „the most different“ comparative approach. An output emphasizes a diametral difference between laws in a practice when the Russian law is used for subjects stigmatization, political pressure and retaliation. |
