| Description | The phenomenon of the smart city as a modern platform for the development of digital urbanisation is from a significant part an activity of the public sector. The contribution is focused on the definition of the role of public sector in the initiation and implementation of the modern technologies and limits, which are set by the legal framework. Discussed shall be on one hand the necessity for strategic framework and unifying concept and on the other hand the requirements on public procurement for projects of the smart city. The contribution shall present the above mentioned on the data portal of Brno municipality, service Brno iD and Strategy #brno2050. |
