| Description | The contribution focused on the proposed measures to adapt exceptions and restrictions on the digital and cross-border environment in relation to access to cultural heritage (Articles 5, 7, 8 and 9 of the Directive). First, a critical analysis of the current wording of the relevant measures will be carried out. It will then be presented how the existing national adjustment will need to be changed. The conclusion of the paper will be devoted to de lege ferenda. |
