Description We demonstrated the influence of reaction parameters on the final nanoalloy elemental distribution, phase composition, particle size distribution, shape, morphology and optical properties. Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Transmission Electron Microscopy (STEM-EDS), Elemental analyses (ICP OES), UV-vis Spectroscopy, and Small-Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) analyses were performed for determination of the chemical composition, average size, size distribution, surface plasmon maxima, and shape of the prepared nanoparticles. Melting and transition temperatures were obtained by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC).
