Description Verified technology solves the precise contactless leading of the DCSBD plasma unit during the continuous surface treatment of large-area flat glass. It is based on the commercially available air bearings. The main advantage of this technology is that it prevents contamination of the treated glass surface and prevents the transfer of impurities between the individual samples due to the contact. In industry, it can very effectively replace costly robotic arms and optical distance sensors.
