Description The technology of leading of the DCSBD discharge unit above a flat large-area glass at a precisely defined distance determined by three contact points solves the method of its precise contact leading. Contact with the treated glass is limited to the contact surface with the surface of the three-ball bearings (metal/plastic). The technology is suitable for continuous treatment of glass in a controlled atmosphere, or when minor contamination of the glass surface does not pose a problem for its further use, or post-treatment respectively.
