| Description | Cytogen. and mol. biol. analysis was performed in a group of 87 patients with R / R CLL diagnosed and treated in 2001-2017 at IHOK FN Brno. At the time of diagnosis, 70 patients were examined by classical G-stripping analysis. 86 patients were cytogenetically examined prior to inhibitor administration. All patients were examined by FISH both at the time of diagnosis and prior to inhibitor administration. CK had 14/55 patients at the time of diagnosis, 10 of them together with TP53 mutation. Prior to inhibitor administration, 38 patients had CK and 28 of them had a TP53 mutation. |
