| Description | The paper tackles the ongoing review of the E-commerce Directive and its replacement by the Digital Service Act. The text focuses on practical application of performance-based rules in digital economy and on the way in which the drafted Act is about to affect in the short run the digital market and the functioning of internet platforms. These developments are of the Czech interest, besides substantially affecting the Czech digital economy, also by being envisaged for adoption around the time of the Czech presidency of the EU. |
