Description We need data to tailor treatment to patients with minimal side effects and ideally ensure that they do not get sick at all. Although Czechia can boast of the most modern medicines (albeit approved through paragraph 16), we are worse off with the data. Although we have many of them, they are in various places, unconnected, and various forms, from handwritten to Word entries to registers and databases. In order to be able to obtain the necessary information from this data, it is necessary to structure it, connect it, make it accessible based on transparent conditions and ensure analysis. The available data could then be used by both commercial and non-commercial entities, as is currently seen abroad. The ZD Round Table, which took place on June 16 in Prague, addressed the issue.
