Description | This presentation is going to discuss one of the main goals of neo-Victorian literature: giving voice to the previously silenced characters and overlooked issues. Its focus is on the depiction of the periphery in two selected novels – Lady’s Maid by Margaret Forster and Possession by A. S. Byatt. |
