Description | This chapter describes the general rules how to design the most effective chemosensors that could be utilized in their optical arrays. The experimental array data are evaluated by various chemometrics techniques for qualitative and (semi)quantitative analysis after their pre-treatment to extract the highest amount of information. The chemometric techniques are briefly described and discussed with respect to analysis datasets produced by arrays. Some examples taken from literature are presented to exhibit some new trends for possible projection for future. |
