| Description | In October 2022, an expert consensus on lipoprotein(a) was published in the European Heart Journal [Kronenberg et al. Lipoprotein( a) in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and aortic stenosis: a European Atherosclerosis Society consensus statement. Eur Heart J 2022; 43(39): 3925-3946]. The Committee of the Czech Society for Atherosclerosis (CSAT) developed the following summary of the most important information for the Czech professional community. However, this summary in the Czech language does not replace the original published consensus, and those interested in the detailed text are therefore recommended to read the original full text.
