| Description | A lecture on drug development and research can also be fun, as campers at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University found out today. CZECRIN participated in today's suburban camp program. Campers learned how drugs work, how they work, and that they can be dangerous. Then they could practically try making their own pills! The entire block ended with an escape game that helped consolidate the knowledge gained. During the game, the participants prepared a fizzy drink, randomized patients into a study, and even helped the professor prepare a clinical study. In the pharmacy, they then learned everything about different dosage forms and the correct use of drugs. They tasted herbal teas, found out what they are made of and how they are medicinal. Finally, they made a video on the topic of drug overdose. In the end, they managed to find the lost professor! |
