Description egular physical activity (PA) is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle and can play a key role in the prevention and treatment of cancer. This conference paper presents a practical manual that provides cancer patients with clear and understandable guidelines for effective exercise. The paper is based on the latest research demonstrating that regular PA can lead to significant improvements in physical health, reduced fatigue, and an increased overall quality of life for patients with cancer. The main focus areas include the types of exercise, as well as the proper intensity, duration, and frequency. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of how cancer patients can safely and effectively incorporate physical activity into their daily lives. It emphasizes practical aspects and offers specific advice and examples of exercise programs that can be easily implemented in both clinical practice and home settings. The aim is to promote the physical and psychological well-being of patients and improve their overall quality of life during treatment and after its completion. In addition to these guidelines, the paper also presents an example of how to monitor exercise effectiveness using available mobile applications. These applications can help patients track their progress, ensure the correct execution of exercises, and maintain their motivation.
