Description | The low molecular proteins, such as fytochelatins, MT III, are responsible for the plant metabolism, homeostasis and detoxication of organisms. The molecular weights of these thiolate polypeptides fluctuate around the values 400-5000 Da. The aim of publication was the study of distribution of lead and MT in embrya of picea (Picea abies L.) MT was determined by adsorptive transfer chronopotenciometric stripping analysis (AdT CPSA) with the detection limit sub 1 ng/mL. Lead was studied by anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV)- about 100 pg/L. The concentrations of plant MT were 400 ng MT/g of embryum. |
