Description | MALDI-TOF MS is a suitable method for extremely fast semi-quantitative determination of purines and pyrimidines in urine. MVA (multivariate approach), represented by experimental design combined with ANN, is a more correct approach to optimization of the separation conditions than that of classical SVA (single variation method) and enables faster optimization of the method with lower number of experiments. |
