Description Method ARDR is based on amplification of DNA region coding 16S rRNA. Genus Bifidobacterium specific amplicon of the length of 914 bp is amplified with the use of primers PbiF1 and PBiR2. This genus specific amplicon was used for restriction analysis. This procedure can be used for resolution of species B.infantis, B. longum and B. animalis. Using PCR with species specific primers was identified the species B. longum.
