Description | The changes in ionic currents related to the rate-dependent changes of the configuration of action potential (AP) waveform were identified by the AP voltage clamp method. In control, the AP duration increases during stimulation (2.5 Hz) after a period of rest (60 s). It is caused by gradual decline of Ito. In the presence of ajmaline (30 mikroM), the decreasing AP amplitude is caused by gradual decline of INa. |
