| Description | In a view of the fact that in clinical practice we have no antidepressants acting by the nonaminergic mechanism, it is necessary to make the most of possibilities given by available antidepressant. At first we can positively influence compliance by stressing the patient participation on the treatment. The therapy should especially consider which side effects are acceptable for the individual pateitnes. A small probe examining how much information about treatme t iks given to the patient and how much they can decide about treatment shows that there is a great space for improving the actual situation. Further possibilities are given by the availability of the new galenic forms and specific antidepressants. |
