Description | For the elimination of interferences at determination of cadmium by atomic absorption spectrometry with electrothermal atomization (ETAAS) various separation techniques are frequently used. As a special technique for separation of analyte from the sample can be mentioned electrochemical deposition of analyte on electrodes. Conditions of electrodeposition of cadmium on the graphite working electrode were studied, as well as modifications of this electrode and forms of transport of dissolved deposit into graphite atomizer. Electrodeposition with injection of dissolved deposit into electrothermal atomizer was applied to the determination of cadmium in sea water and urine. |
