| Description | This paper deals with monitoring of administrative workflow processes. It describes basic methods and formalises some fundamental terms of this area. In the next part of the paper are discussed some possible data formats for describing of administrative process instances. Connection methods of trustworthy time data to information incoming from administrative workflow monitoring are described in the end of paper. |
