Description New oxo peroxo 3-phenyllactato complexes of vanadium (V) were synthesized and characterized by IR, UV-Vis and 51V NMR spactroscopies. The X-ray crystallography revealed a dinuclear structure of anions with pentagonal pyramidal geometry around the vanadium atoms.
