Description Cognitive performance was studied in people with advanced Parkinson's disease and mild or moderate depression before and after 8 months of treatment with dopamine agonists (pramipexole and pergolige) in an add-on to L-dopa therapy. Both drugs were safe with regard to cognitive functioning in the studied group of patients.
