• Description: Image fusion of CT a MRI data is always preceded by image registration. Several registration algorithms are used. They are based on segmentaion or on a global similarity measure, e.g. mutual information. The algorithms are further cassified according to geometrical transform which is utilized. The non-linear transforms are not "lege artiss" for neurosurgery planning.
