Description | Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is a neuroimaging method used in human brain mapping. The result of fMRI scanning is a time series of 3D matrices of MR signal from the brain (4D data structure). A modulation of the amplitude along the time dimension is caused by the combination of experimentally-induced and spontaneous neurophysiological processes, noise, and artifacts. The aim of this work is to simulate this process. |
