| Description | Basic schools are not able to ensure qualified practical education in technology. The consequence is that young people have few occasions to get involved in these creative activities and on a long term basis this could bring about a dramatic decline in the traditional technical maturity in the Czech Republic. The Centre of Technology with good technical equipment and trained staff is a condition for qualified education for several schools at the same time. Furthermore, the centre could offer a place for attractive leisure-time activities for a broad spectrum of interested persons. |
