Description	The contribution deals with evaluation of innovation profiles of single regions (kraje) of the Czech Republic. This evaluation comes out from information collected by survey of Czech Bureau of Statistics (2003 till 2005) and secondary analyses of AIP databases. Single regions are described with emphasis on their position in innovation enterprise and specialization of innovative companies operating in processing industry and market services. Important attention is also given to identification of main innovation centres according to own elaborated methodology.
