Description	Optimization of izolation and detection of mRNA were performed with use of poly(A). Paramagnnetic Dynabeads particles were applied for izolation and electrochemical method square wave voltammetry for mRNA detection. Both methods were found suitable for izolation and detection of transcriptome in plant tissues.
