Description | The aim of study was to identify 36 bifidobacterial streins, originally isolated from the stool of healthy infants, using molecular biology methods based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Species specific PCR was insufficient for correct identification of bacterial strains on species lavel. ARDRA is good additional method for identification bifidobacterial species and mixed cultures. |
